Break bread with your neighbors.
The CSA Supper Club offers a community based alternative to the common New York dining experience. Host meals, attend gourmet feasts. Create a space for community. Support local food. Play restaurant.
GWCSA members, friends, farmers, and family may host Supper Club events. Host will determine date & time, place, meal's theme, potluck or price tag, and other rules of the meal.

Themes & Possible Plans
Hosts determine the food menu and the level of participation of the attendees. Some hosts may decide to cook everything, posting a menu for the meal and ask each attendee to bring $25 and a bottle of wine. [Picture a 4 course meal for 12 strangers; French classics using seasonal ingredients put together by a fellow foodie and amateur chef] Some hosts may decide to craft a menu but have each attendee pick a dish from a list of recipes to create and bring. [Imagine a host creating a menu of African dishes culled from a favorite cookbook, highlighting seasonal produce options. Each of the ten attendees cooked something and brought a drink.] Others may have a much looser potluck with just a central theme. [Bring a Winter Squash dish. Need all courses including desert.] The number of attendees will be determined by kitchen and dining space. Really, anything from small dinners to large potlucks are possible.
